The heavy ring this cool keychain attaches to is designed to allow those hefty bits to rotate. I wasn't expecting much, but I tried a 6" heavy wood screw and it worked really well. No, I wouldn't want to build an Ikea bookshelf with it, but that's not the point of EDC keychains. It's handy in a pinch and works without injury, which is good. I've sold dozens of tools as EDC, many of them are useless, but most of them have earned their place in my key chain. This is actually the first Phillips bit to work.
