I like that i can use it to manage my clients contacts, emails or phone numbers. It also have some helpful features for managing your business and keep track of time off. There is nothing bad about this program but there are few things need to improve. Some functions could be more user friendly. Also you should make sure if this tool will fit in your needs because it has different versions for home users and businesses which means that they could cost money depending upon what version you choose. For me as an office manager i am able to organize all our contact information with out having to search through many folders.
