Inexpensive holder for a spare wheel on the trailer.
Inexpensive way to attach the spare wheel to the trailer frame. Like others, I added some washers from my garage as the nuts aren't nut size and don't have a tapered side. for its intended purpose and appears to be electroplated to resist corrosion.
