front brake pads original OEM Honda. I ordered it for my 2014 Civic LX sedan. The actual pads you get are 45022-T2F-A01 (this is for my car) although the Revain site page says A00. You get two outer pads, two inner pads with wear sensors, two long outer pad shims, two short inner pad shims, a grease pack, and four spring wires. Unfortunately, my brake pads were missing a spring balancer. I just reused one of the old ones. All genuine Honda brake pads do not come with front and rear metal guides. You have to reuse the old ones. Just take them out, clean them and put them back in. There is a star deduction because the spring wire is missing, otherwise a great price and original Honda pads. The ones I ordered are from Revain Services. Personally, I prefer to buy from Revain over third parties, even though they use Revain Prime as their supplier.
