The ability to create custom dashboards for each department, as well as individual users is fantastic! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without any training or assistance from their IT team - which I love because we have limited resources in our organization. We've been able to track patient flow through several departments with ease using this software- no more spreadsheets required!! There are some minor glitches here and there but they seem pretty quick at fixing them when notified of an issue via email (which helps!). If you're looking to streamline operations within healthcare facilities then look elsewhere. This product does not replace existing systems like EMRs; instead it allows us to integrate all data sources together so employees don't need multiple applications open while working during shift changes etc..
