The ability to create custom dashboards for each department, as well as individual users is fantastic! It's easy enough that anyone can use it without any training or assistance from their IT team - which I love because we have limited resources in our organization. We've been able to track patient flow through several departments with ease using this software- no more spreadsheets required!! The ability to provide a single view of all clinical data, regardless of where it resides, is a powerful feature. The ability to create workflow and process templates to streamline patient documentation and other clinical processes is very useful. The tool is very difficult to customize and does not support multiple data sources. It would be great if the tool supported multiple data sources and had more customization options.
