Review on Civica MultiVue by Jaime Miranda

The best part is that it can be used from mobile as well which makes our work easy! It has saved so much amount in my organization by reducing manual effort involved for creating new leads or updating existing ones with its auto update feature! Also there are some other features like assigning tags etc., but i am not able fully understand them yet since we have just started using this tool few months back!! I would say try out first before going ahead because sometimes when something goes wrong they will make changes without telling us about those things beforehand!! Good thing was everything went smooth till now while implementing their product into one more department within mine & also helped me save lota money too.
