Mirror glass is distorted, poor quality mirror glass

Mirror glass looks distorted when looking in the mirror. As if the mirror's glass were curved, it remains curved even when the mirror is moved. The wiring is wrong, to move the mirror out you must use "in" on the controller, to move "in" you must use the "out" direction on the controller.
