Make sure you also replace the mounting base plate: I ordered the 86392-0C040 base plate mounted handheld radio antenna (pictured). Installation was pretty easy. Removing the old frame was a bit of a pain. I used needle nose pliers and pulled it out piece by piece. Looks 100 times better than it was and I don't have to worry about the washer not tearing again.
