This is a decent kayak bag. I was hoping the strap on the lid would actually make it easier for me to carry the kayak, but the strap is completely useless. There is absolutely no reinforcement where it is stitched to the case and the material of the case is not very strong/rigid. So if you try to lift your kayak by the strap I have no doubt you will end up with a ripped case. And that's coming from someone with a very light kayak (35 pounds). If you don't plan on using a strap, the case is fine. It fits easily, fits my kayak well (make sure you measure your kayak and get the right size), keeps debris out of my kayak while I store it, and wasn't overly expensive.
