I'm a bit behind the times having had wooden cutting boards for years and have never wanted to switch to silicone but these new cutting boards are just super opinion. I have a 4 pack so I can take one to my mom and I still have three different colors to use for different things around the house. These cutting boards are very light, very easy to maintain and passed my test. Grind all kinds of meat, vegetables and fruit. Thanks to the grid on the back of the board, they do not slip on the countertop, they are very easy to clean, dry and store. Yes, I still use my wooden cutting boards for some things, but these new cutting boards get regular use as well. I'm just curious how long they last when cut with knives.
