In the beginning everything worked. I was able to use the switch when my window wasn't turning off my camera/mic as intended. This was helpful for my headphone adapter, which sometimes needed to be unplugged and plugged back in, serving as a hub for other devices. Unfortunately, this started to cause problems a few days ago. My webcam just turns off after a few seconds. I actually bought and tested another new webcam that I wanted to use and it happened to stop working so I returned it. I wasn't expecting this particular node to be faulty. I tested all ports and had similar problems. The hub seems to be fine for lower bandwidth devices like my headphones and keyboard, so I'll leave that for now. The build quality seems okay. Unfortunately, it uses an old-fashioned power supply with low output power. I may later replace it with a USB-C hub as I can use it to charge things like a phone or laptop that require a lot more power than this hub can deliver even with an AC adapter. There are a few options already available, but most are over $30 and I don't need them right now.
