I like that its easy to use, has many templates available, it is very user friendly and allows me access anywhere in the world without any problems. It doesn't always work right if you are using multiple computers or mobile devices at once but this can be fixed by switching browsers. If you want all your records digitally signed then this software will come highly recommended and have some of the best prices around as well! We needed an electronic signature program for our practice. This was easily implemented into our EMR system without causing any issues. Our staff loves being able to sign their emails digitally instead of printing them out and signing them on paper which saves time and money.
