Would not recommend [Original Model]. The shoulder and waist straps slip through the buckles unless tightly folded up under elastic retainer. This makes it feel like I’m sleeping in a deck of playing cards no matter which position I’m in. I tried adding a backpack sternum strap to keep the shoulder straps from spreading. No joy. I tried relocating the straps to a different location. No joy.Total disappointment.UPDATED TO REFLECT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCEWithin a few days of posting my review, the manufacturer reached out to me. Citing numerous design improvements, I was offered substantial discount to purchase updated model. I politely declined, having lost weight and made adjustments to my CPAP machine. Still, because of the great effort to ensure customer satisfaction, I have raised my review to 4 stars.
