Take it from someone who does it for a living.

I have been a car mechanic for 10 years. I'm used to the low quality remanufactured units in Mexico that we can get at any auto parts store. It's nice to get a part that's not only $80 cheaper than MY alternator, it's new equipment and not a rebuilt crap. It came in like a charm, firing up to a 14.6v charge and claiming a 10-second charge of 100 amps without whining or dropping too much revs. If you have to drill something, do it too. not correct.
