I ordered this item for my family 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. The first one I got didn't fit well - the clips holding the block in the door didn't do the job - and worked erratically. While the experiences I'll cover in a moment are almost worth the purchase price in terms of entertainment, that's not the primary purpose of this device. So let's get started. Once upon a time there was a man who bought a power window for his family car, which was mainly driven by his wife. Installing the device was easy; Unplug the original device, unplug some plugs, plug the same plugs into the replacement device and plug it back in. While the fit and finish were disappointing, the device appeared to function normally until dramatic music was queued. The man's wife and son walked through an automatic car wash, in the center of which all the windows in the car magically opened and would not close, no matter how hard the man's wife tried to activate the controls. Needless to say, the man's wife was unhappy with the quality of the replaced part. The man is currently recovering from his injuries. Who would have thought that uncontrollable laughter could provoke such anger? replacement fast. Unfortunately, the new device's fit and finish weren't any better than the first, and its performance wasn't reliable either; This time I tested it thoroughly myself :-) I removed the device and this time returned it for a refund. I ordered an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement and while the cost was higher, the fit and finish was perfect and the device's performance offered no surprises.
