I would absolutely give this 5 stars since I ordered it on Feb 18, 2015 and it arrived the afternoon of Feb.20, 2015. I just did standard 3-5 day shipping so I was very pleasantly surprised to find it on my doorstep tonight. I gave 4 stars because it was just a little narrower than I expected. I did try to take out my tape measurer before ordering to kind of get an idea but I guess I was still a little surprised. I'm just used to the wider ones at my gym but I laid on this one as soon as I unwrapped it and I think it will work out perfectly for what I need it for. I had a microdiscectomy for severe sciatica in Nov. 2011 and it's starting to flare up a bit again. I just started doing Yin yoga at my gym and love how I feel afterwards so I have been searching for my own bolster pillow at a store and it was a no go so Walmart it was. I have been using my couch cushion and doing some restorative yoga for my sciatica from YouTube videos so I was excited to see my bolster pillow and love how firm it is. Thank you so much for such a fast delivery and can't wait to try it out this weekend and next week.
