Luma Health - Great for patient and provider

I like that they are constantly working to update their tools so we don't have any hang up in our system. Also being able to use my iPad is an advantage when using at home compared with other devices where you need extra equipment. Sometimes the app takes more time than it should take to load or sometimes freezes or crashes. There's nothing particular I dislike but if anything when going through multiple tabs (such as waiting lists) can sometime be slow loading even though this has been addressed, don’t get concerned! Great app used by all providers and staff to help patients keep track of appointments and prescriptions etc during corona and quarantine times. It helps to reduce confusion among patients especially those staying within doors/quarantine who tend not interact often which could lead them into panic buying medicines such as antibiotics. I like the ability to see all of my patients and their appointment statuses, and the ability to see if they have been contacted by a luma rep. I wish there were more ways to communicate with patients. Sometimes it is difficult to get patient contact information. The system can be a little confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, it is great. I am able to see all of my patient information, and check the status of any pending appointments.
