BUY CEILING TOGGLES!
They give you plastic anchors, which are unsafe to use on the ceiling as they can't hold much weight.
I was half way through install when some of the anchors got loose while screwing in, and thus making an unsafe connection to the ceiling mount.
- The track is not pre-drilled 16" holes,can not be used for studs wall
