We used to use Zendesk but as our business grew we needed to upgrade or replace it with some other service that offers more features at an affordable price than their package would allow us. The product was reviewed by many people who were looking for something like this. They loved how easy it works and all the capabilities are available without having to spend much money. If you're not familiar with software development then I wouldn't recommend using this because there will be things that might confuse you since its written in PHP instead of java script which makes coding easier. It's good if you have limited resources otherwise look elsewhere. Automation has been streamlined through this tool so it helps reduce time spent in communicating between customers and agents.
