Initial and later amended verification; For anyone wondering about the extremely incorrect and confusing measurements on this pan, here they are; The actual outside dimensions of the pan are 9" x 16 9/16". The overall length with handles is 19 3/4 inches. The inside surface from the inside edges measures 8 5/8" X 16 1/8". flat side up. With the side of the cooking grate facing up, there is very little uneven movement, but it is barely noticeable when grilling. As with many other reviews, there are very small rough, barely jagged areas on the side of the flat surface. I don't think that will be a problem, but I could just smash them by a hair's breadth. The first impression of this pan is good, but this can change with the upgrade after good use. You will be the first to know. At the moment it fits our stove quite well and has a large cooking surface. I cautiously give 4 stars.
