Will no longer buy from this seller. What I received was a refurbished, not a new door set and there was no quality control. The latch was supplied with 3 faceplates to fit various door configurations. None of the three fit the latch, they are clearly designed for a different type of latch. The door handles are held together and fixed in a latch with two machine screws. It came with two handles connected with just one mounting screw (the second was not included) and the post it screwed into was bent. I ended up buying this set because it was quick to swap out for my current door key without having to buy a key swap kit. Unfortunately the quick key change requires a special key change tool which the manufacturer says is included but wasn't in the one I received. My main reason for buying the set was that the old set's inside door handle was broken. However, rather than just buying a replacement pen, I decided to replace the entire set as my set was quite old. I was able to use the new inner handle in this set to replace the old one that broke, but I paid a pretty steep price for an item that I could have bought for less than $5. For my $21 I got a workable doorknob and lots of mismatched parts.
