It is very user friendly, I love that you can set alerts for various situations. You can also track all your orders from start to finish. The reporting features are not as robust as other systems we have used. We were able to use this system to track our patient's admission, discharge, and transfer status. This allowed us to keep track of which patients were being discharged too early. We were able to make changes to our discharge policies and find out exactly what was causing them. We realized that we needed more time in the hospital to allow for post-discharge follow up.
