I have a 2006 Hyundai Sonata (GLS) 3.3L V6. I bought a used car a few months ago (January 2014) and although the dealer said they changed the oil before they sold the car to me, I wanted to start using full synthetic oil and a quality filter before the mileage gets too high . Above. I received this filter VERY early today via UPS from Revain "xxxPORCxxx". I took some Mobil 1 (0W-30) full synthetic oil and this filter from Walmart and asked them to change the oil. As far as I can tell this filter is the same size as the old one they pulled out. My car has just under 79,000 miles so I'm hoping the switch to full synthetic won't cause any leaks as my car is so many years/miles away (may happen from what I've heard). Anyway, so far so good and I'll keep my fingers crossed. I'll report back if I see any changes.
