The sharpest knife I've ever used!

This knife is amazingly sharp! It slices my tomatoes and other veggies resulting in perfectly sliced, diced, or sliced tomatoes, peppers, onions, and other veggies for salads and sandwiches. No more pushing and maneuvering to cut or slice food. Even with overripe tomatoes, there are no more torn soft tomato slices. Haven't tried it on meat yet but can't wait to try it on sushi rolls and sliced meat for soups and stews. Be VERY careful when handling and cleaning this knife. Wouldn't recommend it for kids, not even teenagers as it's very very spicy! I am considering wearing a pair of thin cloth gloves when using it. To keep my blade sharp I am very careful with what I cut (I only use cutting boards).
