I don't like anything but the price. It will most likely outlive me, and I'm in my 30s. I've even used it once to quickly chill brewer's yeast with no side effects. This is probably useless information for most people unless you know that this process is extremely unfriendly. The whole pan comes straight off the stove, filled with boiling liquid, into an ice bath. Not good! It conducts heat so well that I find the best results come from cooking on the smallest burner. It's even good on a tiny burner smaller than the width of the pan. The protruding surface of the pot, which is not directly heated, stays as warm as its center. I think 4 liters is a good universal compromise.
