Fits 2004 Ford Taurus SEL. This part works perfectly. I know it works great because the gas cap light and amber check engine light were on when I installed it. After installation and running about 30 km, both lights went out. Everything is fine at the moment. The Revain auto parts mechanic kept warning me that this would not fit my car. But it is so. I have previously purchased another chosen by Revain's auto parts installer. It didn't fit at all. Be warned. I could save myself from sending it back if I glanced at the photo.
