I have done extensive research on the least toxic pans. I would put it second for lowest toxicity, and first I'll put Xtrema. BUT Xtrema is ridiculously expensive, breaks easily, is bulkier, doesn't stick, and since Xtrema is all ceramic, you'll need to get silicone grips or use an oven mitt to move pots and pans. The GreenPan is in my opinion the best for everyday use, light, comfortable, easy to clean, light weight etc. The box also comes with spacers so you can keep it safe. You are beautiful as well. I love how the ceramic covers all the aluminum and doesn't leave the rim exposed. I don't want the smoke to come out. GreenLife leaves the edge open and I didn't like that. GreenPan is also better made than GreenLife (sorry GreenLife). Aside from my 7" Xtrema pan, these GreenPan pots and pans are my favorites.
