Like the on/off switch: UPDATE 10/16/2020 UPDATE: 11/23/2020, UPDATE: 12/02/2020

UPDATE: 12/02/2020 I would like the company to contact me by email , and I wanted the company to contact me via email, I sent a new unit and stated that they have an 18 month warranty which is different from the 12 month warranty I read in my original box . Having been healthy for 18 months (13) I give 5 stars for the customer service and the fact that although all the LEDs have gone out on the first unit all the USB ports are still working. Thanks RSHTECH, please keep it up. . I want more like you. Some people just don't care. It's now one of my newest and favorite technologies, albeit a fundamental one. Now I can turn off my connected devices. Data throughput seems to be on par with my other devices. In the world of switchless USB devices, that's amazing. UPDATE: About 2 months ago two LEDs failed. The ports are still working but now I need to see if they are enabled or not. One star deducted. Unfortunately I did not read the card I just found in the box, 12 months guarantee but 1 month late. Anyway, still a decent product and good preforms. I must have seen hundreds of Linux distributions (well, maybe a hundred). Another thing I've noticed over the past year is that I wish it had a much longer Type-C USB cable. UPDATE: 11/23/20 All the power LEDs stopped working. First it was 3 and 4, now it's 1 and 2. Sometimes when you press the first, the second LED will light up for a second. Looks like pretty bad soldering/parts. It still works for the data but I deducted 2 stars as it should be better.
