Like the on/off switch: UPDATE 10/16/2020 UPDATE: 11/23/2020, UPDATE: 12/02/2020

UPDATE: 12/02/2020 I would like the company to contact me by email , and I wanted the company to contact me via email, I sent a new unit and stated that they have an 18 month warranty which is different from the 12 month warranty I read in my original box . Having been healthy for 18 months (13) I give 5 stars for the customer service and the fact that although all the LEDs have gone out on the first unit all the USB ports are still working. Thanks RSHTECH, please keep it up. . I want more like

Major Lag Electronics

I need more USB ports for my new MacBook Pro. A device I use mentioned that it works best with USB power, so I got this one. The other device I use is a keyboard and mouse. When I plugged a small Bluetooth dongle into the keyboard, the delay was so extreme that it was a little annoying to do anything. It doesn't happen on any other device. Just this one. I would like to return it, but I already accidentally threw away the packaging.

Excellent USB hub with OTG support

This review is for https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Q13G9MTN A well designed hub that is great for connecting a USB keyboard and a USB mouse to my Motorola One. Hyper smartphone running Android 10. Mirroring the screen on a smart TV running Google's Android TV operating system makes the phone work more like a computer than a phone, which was my goal. I can control the phone and the applications running on it much better with a real keyboard and mouse than with the phone's touch panel display…
