Garbage. Even the replacement is broken.

The first item that was sent to me was unassembled in the case. The metal is too thin to hold a tiny torx screw. The #2 they sent has "a locking ring that won't return when pulled, a mechanism that can't be adjusted, a loss grip (I was able to unscrew it by hand) - along with ridiculous instructions in 12 languages and a case .clearly meant for another instrument.so thats enough.bought pro bike tools alone if you have to spend more to get a good tool then so be it.sorry rewan.I WANTED to like it.love reciprocal.
