But if you don't need a perfect result, you can do it twice as fast. UPDATE Don't let the rims of the cups touch the sides of the pan or the water from the condensation on the lid will run down the sides and soak the egg. , ah. If you don't clean the cups very thoroughly with a non-abrasive sponge, the egg will eventually stick to the sides, even with an oil spray that works very well. This is a great product and I highly recommend it!
