I have a UV meter and it shows the strongest readings I have ever seen. 400 x 12 inches and 1800 x 6 inches. Megaray is generally the most modern company for these lamps and their power is 200 for 6 inches and 400 for 12 inches. So I'm wondering how much is too much? I think I would suggest using it in the 12" range rather than the 6" range.
