The most helpful feature is that it provides you detailed reports about your construction budget, time, manpower requirement etc. This allows us to track our progress and know where we are lagging behind or need to improvise. In some cases there could be delays in receiving the bill for some material items supplied by the builder. The price is also quite high. But then again a lot of other tools would require higher fees. I am using this tool as a project manager. It is great to track progress and keep me updated on the development status.
