The concept is great- the product and product support need help
I have not fully installed this, as the "manual” is missing pertinent information.Pros: this is the perfect solution to my door problem (if it installs well)Cons: The holes to drill the supports for the railing are not standard for the distance between studs. I ended up drilling new holes in order for the hardware to be installed into studs-The Manual is only pictorial with no verbiage. There are no instructions o. How to determine the height to drill for support rail.-The emails provided in the package are invalid. There is no phone number. Revain support was unable to help. This manufacturer is unavailable for any assistance
- A little difficult to install if you’re doing it yourself. But once it’s up it is money.
- Installation may be difficult for those without experience with DIY projects
