I used this filament on my Ender 3 with a full metal hot end for a few prints and it was fine. until the temperature is set and run in. This is most likely an issue with all Bowden setups, so I can't really blame the filament. For my setup, 15mm/s print speed, 3mm (max) retract, and 225°C worked best. Prints looked better at lower temperatures, but this resulted in filament clogging due to too much resistance. A temperature increase up to +230°C causes the filament to bubble, which reduces the print quality. Finished parts are harder (probably 95A) than 85A as stated in the product description.
