The Mercer Culinary Damascus 3 5 Inch Handles is overhyped. After i put it to the TEST it lacked sharpness and struggled to cut through simple ingredients. The bolster is too wide, making it difficult to handle and maneuver while chopping. The only good thing about this knife is its appearance .Save your money and invest in a better knife..
