The product is excellent, the instructions leave something to be desired.
I am correcting my previous bad review on this product. What is wrong with this product is the instruction manual, not the product itself. The instruction manual does not adequately convey everything that needs to happen for the thing to work properly. For example, there are two electrical switches in the lid, and if the lid is not properly fastened, the machine will not work. It was my fault, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere in the manual. This thing grinds wheatberries into flour like a champ.
