I like that it is easy for me as an owner of my own service business with multiple properties in different states/cities because you can manage everything from one place! It also has great customer support when something does go wrong which happens all too often but they are quick about getting back at us once we reach out again via email or phone call (which gets returned within 24 hours).
The software could be updated more frequently so there isn't always new features available - sometimes this slows down our process quite significantly especially if using third party vendors such have Rental Property Management Software where their systems get outdated fast meaning your stuck waiting days before being able fix problems until updates come through etc.. Also not sure how many people use task aim vs other platforms? But overall its been good working wtih them over time though do realize some things may take longer than others depending upon what stage each property's current status currently falls into compared against tasks assigned by previous owners /.
