I read many reviews before purchasing this brand. I was mesmerized by the beautiful pastel colors and how matte they are. Since there were so many positive reviews, I immediately ordered 4 different colors. I was very excited to try this and when it arrived I started a new print. I had to adjust the temperature a bit, but that seemed to be the only adjustment needed. Everything seemed to be going smoothly and looked great from a distance. The print job ended in the middle of the night and I had at least 2-3 hours to cool down before removing it from the work platform. The first piece broke with little to no pressure, I figured it must be an accident so I carefully removed the other one and it broke too. All prints were very fragile and had holes in the surface. When I slowly and carefully removed the remaining impressions, about half of them broke off. Adhesion to the panel was good, not too tacky to even be difficult. I'm not new to 3D printing. I have 3 machines and have printed literally hundreds of these files. This is very disappointing because the colors are beautiful. I don't know why it has so many positive reviews but I am returning 3 unopened boxes and am about to order the Faithful Overture. I just need to buy others with nice colors that won't become brittle.
