Good customer service!

I just installed it and everything is installed perfectly. The only problem (and a serious one at that) is that it doesn't increase the pressure and I can't adjust it up or down right out of the box. It will pressure up with KOEO, but the moment you fire it up it will , the pressure is increased is released to zero and eventually suffocates. BUT after contacting Amazon they agreed to send a replacement kit to replace the regulator.
