The fuel pressure regulator is a must have item for any EFI system, regulates the pressure of the fuel flowing through the system, keeps constant fuel pressure over, even during dramatic changes in fuel demand. This bypass pressure regulators return style provides constant effective fuel pressure to the outlet port - pressure overage is bled off through the return port as needed. The fuel pressure regulator regulates the fuel pressure against the air pressure/boost, this leads to that the fuel injector can maintain the perfect ratio between fuel and boost and is good for promoting car performance, ensuring great lifespan and reliability. This EFI fuel pressure regulator kit can be capable of supporting applications up to 1000 HP, the EFI Bypass Regulator can handle high-flow EFI fuel pumps and the most aggressive street machines. Adjustable pressure range: 30psi -70psi. You can regulate the pressure to your needs. The fuel regulator pressure gauge range is 0-100psi. Provides two ORB-06 inlet/outlet ports, one ORB-06 return port, one vacuum/boost port and one 1/8" NPT gauge port (NPT thread requires thread sealant to seal). Material: Aluminum Alloy. Package included:as the main pic shown. Universal fit for most vehicle's EFI system. The optimum adjustable fuel pressure regulator location is after the fuel rail(s) when possible. The bottom is the return (return excess fuel through the line to fuel tank), and the sides are the inlet and outlet. It does not matter the direction of flow through the inlet/outlet. Fuel Leak Occurs - Regulators and Accessories

had a cross thread bolt and was squirting fuel over a freshly painted engine, made a huge mistake by not fully checking the regulator so I ended up drilling all 4 holes, this allowed the bolts to go into a straight build and 43 to go psi without leaking, i think the big question is how good is the diaphragm material over time. Be smart, have 2 failsafes, a fire extinguisher and an exit plan.

Good customer service!

I just installed it and everything is installed perfectly. The only problem (and a serious one at that) is that it doesn't increase the pressure and I can't adjust it up or down right out of the box. It will pressure up with KOEO, but the moment you fire it up it will , the pressure is increased is released to zero and eventually suffocates. BUT after contacting Amazon they agreed to send a replacement kit to replace the regulator.

The quality of the EVIL ENERGY FPR products is very good. But.

FPR I bought for ITB work failed the vacuum test. I bought an FPR EVIL ENERGY with pressure gauge from Revain because the exchange from the UK to Korea was taking too long. But EVIL ENERGY FPR did not pass the vacuum test either. The reason was that the vacuum in the part in the photo was not working. A rubber O-ring was used on the top to prevent vacuum leakage.
