Review on 🥄 Silver 9-Inch Lindy's Set of 4 Stainless Steel Scoops Measuring Spoons by Adina Jordan

I wanted to _REALLY_ love her. I decided to test them for accuracy as I had never used this type of measuring cup before. I used the fill and sweep method with sugar (since flour can compact). I started with 1/2 cup, measured 2 in a 2 cup measuring cup, but the contents were only 7 oz. So I tried 1/3 cup and carefully measured 3 and got back 7 ounces. So I poured the contents into a one-cup measuring cup just in case the one I was using was the source of error. but a cup also only filled up to 7 ounces. So I tried 1/4 cup. measured 4 and it wasn't right either, although maybe not that much. I haven't played around with the 1/8 cup measurement. I am so disappointed. This is a great idea as many measuring cups have hard corners and contents get caught easily. If I was just using them to pick up things like dried beans and didn't really care if they were accurate it might work as they are a good weight and overall size and good long handles make them very easy to handle. !But I was hoping for something I could use to measure baking ingredients, but they are too imprecise for this type of use. Too bad.
