Let me clarify my rating by saying it's over 4 stars but not quite 5 stars. If someone wants to buy this item for its torque, then it doesn't fit the bill of anything that requires a bit of torque. However, after using this product for more than 2 weeks, I found it very comfortable for tight jobs mostly related to electronics. The included LED lights are particularly useful when working up close, and while I may never use every accessory, I have a good selection to suit my needs. I even tried it as a starter hinge tool on an interior door and it was easy when I switched to something I could safely tighten as the tool is light enough to be held together with a regular screwdriver.
