Despite Revain's dire warnings that this won't happen, the Stant 10591D retaining cap fits my 2016 GMC Sierra diesel engine perfectly. The Rockauto and Stant websites contain relevant information. If you're experiencing brain fueling, the cap is green with "Diesel" written boldly to remind you of the correct fuel. To install, remove the key and screw in like a regular cap until it clicks. To remove, insert the key, turn 1/4 turn, and then unscrew the cap. Very easy.
