Poor instructions, content and comprehensibility
After all, instructions are all there somewhere. See step 6 for the information you need to get started. It is missing the standard key orientation being upside down, teeth down. After searching the web, you need to order a special tool to rotate the pin cylinder. The key, of course, is outside with or without dim lighting. All other locks are correctly aligned. To get into the house in an emergency, you have to remember or fumble until the key works. Bad idea when trying to avoid a burglar or going inside in an emergency.
