Review on MediBuddy by Jason Hinrichs

The fact I like almost everything about it! Great customer support team with great knowledge of billing system (and other insurance companies). Easy enrollment process & easy way for payment options available too. So far no dislikes what so ever!! Really help people navigate through different insurances systems very easily without any confusion or problems at hand. Also helped pay bills faster using simple methods which made my life much easier than when it used old system where you would need paper work from doctor visits etc -.- This was not really needed then but now this makes your days/weeks more comfortable especially if we are out doing errands around town- Having problem getting medical records uploaded into database took longer time due to computer issues also. Getting new account set up can be difficult to some since there's lot of questions to answer before they'll allow me get started uploading data - make sure that you go thru all FAQs thoroughly because after reading them several times its quite clear how things will go. Just take the plunge! Don't know for how long did i wait till someone finally asked "how come have no patients added yet?" hahaha. I like that it has multiple options for different people depending on your needs or lifestyle. It can be easy for someone who isn't tech savvy to use but other than that there's nothing wrong with this product! We've been able to get my insurance information into this so we don't have to keep going back and forth between two separate programs. This makes life easier during times when you're not at work.
