The user interface can be improved but it's very easy once you get acclimated with its features. I've used other third party tools before like Fidji or Insurify which are good too however they lack some key functionality for me personally so this has been great! I like that I can easily navigate the app and find what I am looking for. The app is pretty intuitive, and I can find what I need within minutes. I dislike the fact that I can't search by provider name. I have to search by provider type. This is a huge time saver, but I would like to be able to search by provider name. I like how easy it was for my family & me when we had questions about what coverage existed with us or where there were gaps within insurance plans etc!
