Doesn't rotate smoothly, so not ideal for product videos.
The rotation of this player looks normal to the naked eye. But put something on top that can wiggle at all, like a pair of earrings hanging from a stand, and you'll immediately see that the curve isn't smooth β it's a series of tiny jumps. Each jump causes floating objects to tremble. The bouncing is so bad that a pair of silicone doll hands I wanted to film with jewelry on them shake like a bowl of jelly when they spin. This product is well made and should be suitable for window displays or for photographing heavy or rigid objects. , but you can't video record anything that can move in response to vibration.
