Not So Good: Aquarium Pumps and Filters

Floats out of the aquarium within a day of changing the filter because the filter doesn't flow fast enough to fill the chamber to keep it from floating out of the aquarium. Six gallon aquarium with three goldfish. Clean the tank and filter half a day after use, it pops up. Filters aren't even dirty. They just don't flow after saturation
